i am not a lawyer..but i have a couple questions that a few of us have asked here in fla...and believe me i have always been a big proponant of bev...so this is not dissing her..just mere questions!

why was the sunshine law not invoked?? in the proper time frame??
no sunshine law has been invoked here in fla for this election!

and..why was the problem in volusia filed a day to late for the certification?? bev had the office locked down way ahead of the certification deadline date..why was the suit put in late??

just wondering but many of us have been asking these questions.

why were none of us called to help out when so many of us called and emailed offering our help??

several of us that i know were pollwatchers and offered to help...maybe bev didnt come to the west coast that may be why..i just don't know. but several of us are curious...

i am not judging...i have gone out and spoken of bbv for over a year here in fla..and have discussed with state senators and congress people, and i spoke about it at the jefferson jackson dem week and everywhere anyone would let me speak out about it..i have copied all the facts off bevs site and given the stuff out at every dem club meeting and dec meetings...but i would just like to know why this wasnt done in a timely manner...there may be a very good explaination..i just dont know it..maybe i missed something..which is very possible!! fly
