Probably would be more accurate to say that they 'generally' break for the candidates about the same way they did in the precinct they were cast, rather than the general election as a whole. Unless you have some documentation to back up the idea that spoiled/under/overvotes in a precinct going 78% for Kerry would break 51/49 for B*sh?
