not Democrats!

Also, REPUBLICAN Secretary of State Sam Reed had the exact same position as the "democrats" in this appeal of a lower court order. Yes, even a Republican believes that voter rights are paramount in this case and that is what this is, a victory for ALL VOTERS, not just Democrats or Gregoire. Remember, nobody knows who these absentee ballots voted for. They are still sealed and have never been counted. Sure, you can bank on King Count and it's large Gregoire leanings so far in this election, but you never now, those particluar absentee ballots could lean Rossi's way.

And that's what this is about. Count the votes. PERIOD. Administrative error does not give the county a right to disenfranchise voters.

That being said, it's very good news for Gregoire...
