There was massive level of voter suppression of minorities; malfeasance and dirty tricks to produce misvotes in minority areas, and vote machine fraud that has been documented by the EIRS hotline report system and analysts from New Mexico. It is clear that Kerry won N.M. in a fair count, and since this is a small state with most of the fraud and suppression in a few counties, the case is easy to prove. But documentation of this one would focus light on the issue and make it easier to get more attention on the bigger states with more complicated cases like Ohio and Florida.
