He is the expert statistician who has done the most work on determining whether the exit poll "discrepancies" are random, and if they are not, whether they indicate fraud. He is still working on later articles which state his findings indicating fraud, but some of the earlier work has been published and the link below (part of his own web site) gives this as well as what he has said in interviews.
