This does appear to be the Achilles heel of the "Rovians". Nothing convinced me more than the thinly veiled Nightline anti-election fraud/anti-Internet bloggers "infomercial". This was unprecedented! To risk giving this issue such exposure on MSM, just to attack these two issues (election fraud/grassroots Internet activism)? Clearly, they are running scared ("...at a loss on how to recover!").

There is no way for them to recover using the old tools - including the MSM. The Internet is clearly a new mass info paradigm that is unmanageable (uncontrollable). Noam Chomsky explained in "Manufacturing Consent" how the media is used to manage the public view (manufacture consent) of the public. Because of its innate diversity, the Internet falls outside of this model.
