29. Well, hopefully we'll get the "Word" out. This was not hard to figure out
And it's painfully obvious what's going on.

The legislature drafts a bill limiting election information and registration efforts to the state/parrish level. Nothing special except a letter form the Secretary of State delivered by f'ing FEMA (can you believe it). Then there is tepid registration or people don't meet the ceteria (wrong ID, missed deadline, etc.). They city gets a whole new government driven by the new 50-50 black-white demographics. What do you think will be next? Maybe it gets harder for evacuees to return. Maybe they're new zoning regulations. Maybe there's eminent domain to confiscate the land in the sections hardest hit, 97% black. Maybe it's all too expensive. An insurance default, etc. The varieties of citizen disenfranchisement. And just maybe, NOLA turns into a "destination" for the jet set and really takes advantage of gambling to become, hold your breath, the next Atlantic City.

...and maybe when *'s popularity hits 12%, someone will stand up and stop all this tyranny.

But I'm being too negative. I say 15% and there's an end to it.
