Pro-DRE Elections official calls for end to TERM LIMITS, his own & others

"let the voters decide" if an incumbent should be selected for life, says Bob Terwilliger, Snohomish County "Auditor" and Chief Elections Official. ("s" added onto elected by author of post) Terwilliger has presided over continual incidents of vote switching on Seqwoia DREs in election after election.

AFter 14 years of paychecks in the area of elections, Terwilliger will enter into forced retirement this fall due to term limits on the County level.

N.B. Regarding Auditor Terwilliger, in response to the scientific election fraud investigation paper involving his county, (link below) Investigation Ace Auditor Terwilliger stated in writing (and I quote only from memory) that he had read the report, and that his staff had read the report, but that since the report didn't identify a date, time and method of a hack, there wasn't anything to follow up on.

(Apparently, showing email traffic establishing Sequoia's access to machines two weeks prior to the election in the afternoon, changing their CPUs at that time, and an email from a staff member of Elections Division complaining that the parts originally sent by Sequoia failed to include a certain part on the board that lacks a part number this is consistent with a communications chip, and that said board connected up near the back of the CPU near the power cord area, and that the power cords are required to be daisy chained into a network formation, and further that the polling locations that had said "refurbished" CPUs had strongly Red-shifted voting totals, DID NOT CONSTITUTE IDENTIFYING A TIME, PLACE OR MANNER FOR A POSSIBLE HACK.) See www.votersunite.org/info/SnohomishElectionFraudInvestigation.pdf for a copy of the investigation into election irregularities that Terwilliger ignored.

But to be fair, Mr. Terwilliger, having found NOTHING in the report to follow up on, did in fact lobby to ditch the DREs and go to vote by mail, as the County Council decided to do on January 4, 2006.

Which reminds me. LandShark lost a bet. I said the dang DREs would be gone by the end of 2005 but I was off by four days. The checks are in the mail. Drat. I HATE BEING WRONG! Next time I make a prediction I will endeavor to be more precise.
