Maybe he was told to keep quiet so that the recount efforts and whatnot don't look ridiculous and become discredited. Let's face it the Republicans HATE Moore, and if he is the one saying there was election fraud -- they're not going to even stop and listen. However, Reverend Jesse Jackson on the other hand... Well, he is respected and even Republicans are going to listen to him. I honestly think Moore was told to keep quiet.
