that Kerry could win with 119,000 votes down. It would be 1 in a trillion. He isn't taking in consideration all the discrepancies and assuming no fraud or malfunction of machines. If Kerry did have more votes and since the electoral votes have already been cast, there would be lawsuits from the democrats but he still thought Bush would be president.
