2. Also...........................Help me figure this out
I know this is probably a stupid line of questions but I have not seen them asked.

Ok!

There is a difference ballot for every county right? There probably are multiple ballots for the counties that fall over 2 or more congressional districts. Dallas County (in Texas) I think had up to 4 different ballots based on where the voter lived.

Is there any way to get a sample ballot from each county/CD in Ohio?

Every punch card is the same (shape, size, number of chads) regardless of the county or ballot in Ohio.

I assume that a punch card is similar to Chess or a Battleship game board in that

A-1 could be a vote for B/C,
A-2 could be a vote for K/E
....
A-5 could be a vote for Cobb

With me so far??

What would stop the ballot counting machine to be screwed with so that it doesn't jibe with the ballot?

What if the punches that were supposed to count for Kerry were switch to votes for Bush?

A manual hand count would only work if you had a copy of the ballot that was actually in the precincts back on Nov 2. If a new ballot has been printed to correspond with the desired results then a recount would prove nothing.

Just a theory. Been thinking about this all day.
Does it hold water?
My feelings will not be hurt if my theory doesn't work

Thanks!!
