Hi gang. Some reminders...

Upcoming weeks: Weeks 14 and 15 are the last two in which you can take a bye. Weeks 16 and 17 are mandatory for everybody -- miss them and you go to the second tier (the idea is not to allow anyone to sit on their record).

If you're planning holiday travel over Weeks 16 or 17, review the NFL schedule at http://www.nfl.com/schedules and send me your picks early. PM them to me weeks in advance if necessary and I'll post them for the corresponding week. You won't know the spreads but you will stay in the top tier. We won't play Thursday games but we will play Saturday. With almost all of the NFL scheduled for Christmas Eve -- a Saturday -- spreads will be posted Tuesday, December 20th. If you're leaving before the 20th, then go the PM method for either Week 16 or Week 17 or both.

An added reminder for anyone taking a bye: you must play a minimum of 15 weeks to stay in the top tier. If you're unsure how many weeks you've played, check your tally in the standings.

Missed games: Please do your best to play all of the weekly games. The asterisk system is in place for now but if the missed picks continue I'll consider converting them to losses. It only takes a few seconds to double-check that you picked all the games. Thanks for understanding this.
