My donor star expired, and this year has been too hideously bad to be able to renew yet (and that meant I was unable to post in here :cry: )
I just noticed it's back, so now y'all have to put up with me a little longer. :evilgrin:
So, what's cookin'?
I'm experimenting with sourdough starter (using rye flour, gradually incorporating white flour). So far, so good (it's ALIVE!). I figure since we live in the bay area, I might as well see if I can capture a little of that lactobaccillus sanfrancisco we have in the air and find out if we can make real sourdough at home.
