After something like 5 tries, finally found something I was happy with. Not too hot, not too .. I dunno. Something.

Used

1 & 1/2 pound hamburg (hey purists, I'm not using sirloin for experiments, ya know?)
2 poblano peppers - home roasted)
3 anaheims - ""
2 red bells - ""
1 onion, sweated
about a tablespoon of cumin
a little coriander
about 1/4 t chili powder
a little bit of water
two 10 oz cans of Ro-tel
one can of pinto beans.




Finally! Yummage.
