I find it here in colorado at King Soopers (Kroger) with all the other canned tomatoes. They've added a Mild version, too. I always use one can when making a pot of green chile. I like having some tomato in there for color and the jalapenos in it add some pop. I always make g/chile with mild chiles. The Rotel gives it a slight kick.

How were your beans? I kept thinking about that crockpot of yours yesterday and really sunk low. I opened a can of Van Camp's beans with ground beef and made a cornbread. Van Camp's came out with three new bean products - beans with chicken, franks or ground beef. I bought a can of each and they aren't half bad in a pinch. They didn't skimp on the meats at all. Well, at least my cornbread was from scratch!
