We enjoy it the most when it's done as simply as possible. Because I live in an apartment building, I don't have access to an outdoor grill so I usually prepare it either poached, baked, or sauteed. Here are a couple of ideas to play with.
I rub it with sriracha sauce and a few drops of sesame oil and grill it on stove top. Poach it with Old Bay seasoning in water and white wine. Sautee it in butter with lots of lemon juice and dill. Marinate it in Thai peanut sauce and sautee it in a few drops of canola or peanut oil.
All done in minutes even when working with partially frozen fish. Have fun with it!
