2. We had dinner at my son and DIL house. My daughter came over and we all
picked one or two dishes to make so nobody was overwhelmed with the cooking. The menu:
Ham Encrusted with Mustard and Tarragon served with a Pineapple, Tarragon and Spring Onion Salsa Delmonico Potatoes Sauteed Spring Vegetables (Asparagus, snow peas & radishes) Balsamic Glazed Carrots Buttermilk Dill Biscuits a variation of English Trifle
It sounds pretty ambitious, but it wasn't all that difficult. Everything turned out really good.
