3. No, the "Display Settings" menu on the monitor doesn't include aspect ratio.

Just horizontal and vertical position, sharpness, pixel clock, and phase.

And the control panel adjustments include 1920 x 1080 (which I enabled,) but no aspect ratio adjustment.
