I am using Dreamweaver MX. I know the basics of the software, but I know little about forms.

I want to use forms on pages throughout the site to create an order form.
I do not need to be able to accept credit cards, so I am looking to do this without using a shopping cart service. I only want to collect the information, process it, have a response page with the invoice presented to the user and have emails of it sent to the user and myself.

Is there an inexpensive shopping cart program I can use, or can someone refer a book or online tutorial that will help me build this feature on my site using Dreamweaver and scripts?
