Yep. As you say....to see the brilliance of his light. Like a fleeting, beautiful shooting star he was, he was! Though, based on the movie, he became much more popular in Europe than the US.
Ohhhh, I so wish I could view youtube. I have dial-up :-( Guess I just have to 'make do' with some of his quotes for the time being ~
Nice to connect with other fans though.....all the same :-)
Hope more folks continue to tap into his (sadly still timely and relevant) message - as what he talked about THEN still occurs NOW...probably even more so than ever!
Seems like comedians...at least, the outspoken ones of late - seem to be one of our only few refuges left whom have the guts to just tell it like it is ~ and I guess I have to really commend them for that - because being a comedian like that can be such a lonely life on the road.....
