just the regressions don't seem to help, it has to be followed up with some action in your higher mind

DH had an experience much like yours, he's allergic to pine and reacts strongly to woodsmoke. a past life regression showed he was caught in a forest fire in a Native American lifetime, but sure didn't help with the allergies.

my many lifetimes as a doctor make me a pretty good medical intuitive since i have so much information in that arena but what does it really do here and now to know "HOW" i got the information? not much in my mind..... but if you are really stuck somewhere, the info may be helpful on what you need to release to move forward I'd guess

i'll be interested in other's experiences and wonder how you have used the info yourself to move past the contact phobia
