3. I don't know how one would go about that.
I've twice had past lives described by self-labeled psychics. The first described some interpersonal relationship "karma" that would make sense, given the way relationships have played out in this life time, but I didn't resonate with what she said at all. I didn't feel like she was describing me, I didn't feel like I had any place in the scenarios she discussed.

The 2nd was an aquaintance; I won't say "friend," because while she was eager for friendship and acceptance, the way my shields popped up when whe was around warned me off. I felt unbalanced, chaotic, "negative" energy.

She spun a long, amusing tale that included another close friend. We both laughed a lot. We never doubted that there was a past life connection, but we'd never felt called on to explore it. This life was "good enough." The scenarios described were, in some cases ludicrous, and in others quite believable. Almost like she could actually get a glimpse now and them through the swirling craziness around her.
