When you are out

It is important to know that nothing can take over your body unless you give it permission, and even then I am not sure exactly if your sprit guide will allow it. Also your sprit guide (who probably you wont see unless they feel it is important to your devolpment) is always there guiding you in this dimension and the astral. What I mean by guiding you just think of as protecting you. If something is a threat to you, your sprit guide will snap you back into your body.

Now there are a few things upon which you can do to add protection for yourself. Myself, all I've done is: as I lay down I communicate to my sprit guide that I want him/her to protect me and want him/her to snap me back into my body if there is any threat to me. But I know that there are other things that people do to create protections. I don't know exactly the steps for these but I am sure a modest search on the net will provide the information.

Just remember that yes there are negative entities out there and millions of people enter the astral realm without harm. When ALL of us dream, we are in the astral plane - the only difference is that we are not conscious of it when we are asleep.

So the only thing I can say is that I myself have just relied upon that nothing else but myself can control my body and I am not about to do anything that could even remotely allow something else to. And also relied upon the fact that whenever I think of my physical body and wanting to go back into it, I am instantly snapped back into it. Most of the time just a thought of my physical body snaps me back into it.


Also note: That fear is the mind killer. It is one of the big hurddles to get over to have a OBE. And when in the astral, just remember that just like a dog can smell fear, so probably can negitive entities. So have a strong -and- good heart and know that you are master over yourself.
