9. Forget Postive And Negative. Begin Analysing What You Do & Why
Edited on Thu Dec-23-04 09:34 PM by cryingshame
you do them.

Who is to say something is "Negative"?

If you have a problem in your life or environment it's there because you've essentially put it there.

The hardships in our way most often become the greatest means of our personal growth.

How to transmute our environments and our selves?

By seeing things the way they really are, acknowledging our intent to change them and then channeling that intent into action.

Think of what is at the root of your problematic situation.

What emotional reactions have you experienced in the past?

Review these things and then INTEND to change.

Make a plan... ANY plan.

Even if it's not the 'right' plan... just acting to change things is the most important step AFTER being consciously aware of the INTENT to change.

Once you become aware of the intent to change and begin to act.. the Universe WILL step in and lend a hand.

Think of the phrase 'confident expectation'. Just as your pet cat goes to the food bowl and expects dinner... so should we approach Life.
