16. I use kelp tablets from GNC. (Do they have GNCs everywhere?
If not, it's a store that sells vitamins and supplements. The tablets cost about $8 for 250 or 500 tablets. I started out taking about 8 a day just to get them into my system. Then after a couple of weeks, I took it down to 2 a day. The difference in my ability to concentrate is phenomenal. I think that it's the iodine in the kelp. The weird thing is that I actually took iodine drops and didn't notice any difference at all. I just feel so lucky to have found something that works for me.
