I sure enjoyed reading your post, jbnow. What interesting, touching stories. My perspective on this would be that we often go into another brain wave state when we're doing things like grocery shopping. I call it a "daze." I go on automatic pilot and I don't really think about what I'm doing. I know the store and just do what I have to do without really thinking about it. Maybe you do that, too.

I'm guessing that at that brainwave state (there's alpha, beta, and delta states), it might be easier for a discarnate entity, spirit, whatever you want to call them, to "get through." My theory is that the daughter herself was speaking through you. That would explain the tap on the shoulder, the date, etc.

I once read a book that said that they are all around us and that there is a huge influence they have on how we think, act and function.

That is just such a wonderful story. If that had happened to me, I would have been so pleased to have been able to convey that message to the mother.

Re the Edwards show, I've no doubt at all that the production of the show could have a lot to do with how he functioned as a psychic and how he came across.

Hey, everybody, Lisa will be on at 9 tonight EST. I saw a portion of the show and was sufficiently intrigued to race home from class tonight to see the entire show.
