15. Day 14 update
Sony has sent a letter to congress detailing the time line of the PSN outage. Nothing really new except that Sony seems to now be officially blaming Anonymous for the attack. They claim a text file was left behind titles "Anonymous" and that it contained the words "We are Legion".

No update on an ETA for PSN coming back up, so I assume they are still targeting some time this week.
