People must be hard up for news! Anyone who travels frequently and ever experienced being limited by the choices offered, prepares ahead of time. I remember when I had to take a few week-long trips for several years. I was always wondering what was going to be available. The executives and the really picky employees at every level always prepared ahead.
In terms of healthy foods (any healthy foods): I have a gift certificate to Whole Foods, I'll be lucky to get more than two types of vegetables.
