40. So many of the structures will be damaged and unstable
I don't think there will be too many to work on, house-wise. The mold is everywhere, so even if you strip the houses down to the beams, even the beams were soaking in that water for four weeks.

So bad.

I don't understand how they'd open either, but I guess they have to get going on putting things right, so it has to happen sometime. Reporters need a place to stay, also.
