31. 'Twas the Yankees.
On Dan's show Thursday, Keith announced he would be playing baseball hooky again (although he didn't put it quite that way). Said he'd actually be in the booth with the Devil Rays because he had friends in there, but Dan said this "disguise" will not work because everyone knows he is a Yankees apologist. They had quite a fun time arguing over whether today's Yankees are better than the '75 Reds (the Big Red Machine). That of course was Dan's worshiped boyhood favorite team, as Keith teased him. Dan fought back by saying the Yankees were Keith's boyhood team, but Keith said this was not true because they were making the comparison to today's Yankees and he is no longer a boy.
