and wow the humidity!!! Where i live now it gets super hot and the air quality is awful, it's like chunky i swear so i bought a treadmill right around the time i started SB, that was so worth the money and i have to tell you i felt really guilty about buying it but it was probably the best investment in myself i ever made.
