9. It definitely takes time, I think, to build up to that many steps!
I never managed 10,000 steps but I didn't stick with it long enough. I did notice that the more I walked, the more I walked, if that makes sense. :)

Congratulations on a great first week! I only average about 1-1/2 pounds per week, including the big loss the first week after my surgery. But as long as it comes off, I don't care. :yourock:
