I reported the seller to eBay, but since they weren't involved in the second chance offer at all, it was my word against the seller - needless to say, they gave the seller the benefit of the doubt even though I sent them the email I received from the seller showing he used their logo, etc. The seller is still selling on eBay so I assume that's the end of it. I used to buy a lot off eBay, but am not doing that much anymore. Getting scammed puts a really bad taste is your mouth.
