Funny, why do I keep confusing him with Joel Rifkin? (Rhetorical question.) This piece of work just went on and on repeating the same claims, essentially that the rules of war say that anything goes and that you can hold enemy combatants until the war is over. Ummm, Dave? What war? Did somebody declare war and I didn't hear about it? Struck me as a tryout for Deputy Under Attorney General under Gitmo Gonzo or something like that.
