Wouldn't it be great if the cameras caught someone looking all crestfallen when "I'm just a regular guy" Dubya expects bowing and scraping like some kind of East Coast Elitist?
p.s. my mom is in complete agreement with you, about why she wouldn't address clergy as "father"!
