A couple of weeks back a manager made a comment in a meeting about outsourcing work to India, indicating that he thought it was a good thing for us to look that way.
This manager is a hard core bu$h bot, he even has an 8x10 pic of bu$h in cowboy boots on his desk.
Things in the office went a little wild over that comment.
Forward to a meeting today, the comments were brought up again. Many of the same people that were in the meeting two weeks ago were there. Not the manager in question.
One engineer in the meeting made the comment that the reason for our high quality of living in America is due to companies outsourcing.
I looked at him and said that those who had their jobs outsource would beg to differ.
