A better question would be, why are they so obsessed with legislating what goes on in other peoples' bedrooms?
You see this pattern over and over in countless policy decisions from the FDA rejecting the morning after pill to the FCC fining CBS for trivial shit.
I thought Republicans were for smaller government?
I know it would be foolish for me to let these assholes determine my decision making, but it just makes me wonder what spawns this unhealthy, repressed behavior?
