17. great analogy
 I use red dawn in my history courses. I have quite a few
students that come from republican households. At first it’s
hard for them to get away from the concept we always good they
always bad, but red dawn puts the insurgency in the terms that
they can understand. I also use John Steinbeck’s The Moon is
Down, a great piece of work on the psychology of the occupier
and occupied. by the way because I urge my students to think
beyound their comfort zone. I am the resident radical
