people in the area may have different opinions on how much longer the vote should be delayed

"all" activists don't agree on everything and "all" activists certainly are not going to agree that elections should be put off much longer, that is quite undemocratic on the face of it

when giuliani (spelling?) tried to put off the election in new york city, how did that go over with the progressive community?
