10. Driver's Ed is a thing of the past.
It seems pretty much optional these days. When I was in high school a brazillion years ago, it was one of our standard classes, not an option. Every day for a semester we had an hour-long driver's ed course, just like math, science, etc. My kids only had the option of paying nearly $400 out of pocket and finding a course on their own, which they didn't even have to actually complete to get their license. And we wonder why we're turning out more and more shitty drivers.
