20. My husband and I are both into power-tools ...
... and doing renovations.

The problem comes in when I want to redecorate. He says, "But didn't you just completely redecorate the dining room six months ago?" She says, "EXACTLY my point. Six whole months ago - aren't you tired of it yet?"

And so the battle rages ...

A few years ago, I wanted to sell the house and move to a loft further downtown - you know, just a big empty space so we could create the floorplan ourselves.

My husband immediately nixed the idea. "It's bad enough having to repaint, re-and wallpaper, and re-arrange furniture every two weeks. I'll be damned if I'm going to come home from work to hear you say, 'Honey, I've been thinking about it, and I'd really like the bathroom on the other side of the apartment.'"

His WORST nightmare is when I start a conversation with. "So, do you have any plans for the weekend?" That invariably means I want to start yet another project.

This is my third husband - need I explain why?

I can be VERY difficult to live with sometimes!
