In fact the OP saw it coming (which is why there is the bold face preface to the story)
It isn't so much a story about elites vs peasants as it is about somebody who admittedly doesn't much follow the news and is a single issue Republican leaving the Republican party.
As a trailer park raised Democrat who is about three weeks away from a post grad degree I see this as a story about us (Liberals) WINNING--not about how our betters choose to speak to the plebes.
This is why I read, but rarely post in GD there are too many people here who can't wait to start bitching and moaning about some slight or the other, usually imagined.
So how tasty are all those grudges you keep chewing on?
