4. Shimkus SHOULD be blamed

The parents of the Louisiana page weren't defending Shimkus -- who covered up, didn't share the information with the Democrat on the Page Board, and otherwise was part of the problem -- they were thanking their own Republican Congressman, Rodney Alexander for following up on their complaint and respecting their wish for privacy.

Democrats should try not to smile too much, but they shouldn't be giving the Republicans any quarter on this.
