8. Very True...Proportional Representation Is A Must
Unfortunately we're stuck with many districts that have been drawn by the GOOP and there's a certain degree of evening out that needs to occur first or any gains that are made on Tuesday can be built upon. In my area, I've got the boundries of 4 different Congressional districts within a 10 minute drive from my house...one carved up to protect Henry Hyde, another for Hastert, a third for Mark Kirk...the district.

Right now many states are out of whack. Look at Congressional maps from across the country and see how they've been set up to protect incumbents. IMHO the ultimate goal is to create an arbitrary, non-partisan commissions to take the hands of redistricting out of the hands of the politicians.
