It is highly unlikely Burns will gain because we did so well in absentee.
GOTV was Burns only hope, well you don't GOTV with an absentee ballot so we are on par with him there. On top of that provisional ballots usually go for us as well.
And the one precinct not reporting gave Bush only 698 votes in 2004, and Burns needs 969 votes to trigger a recount. But Burns probably won't get the 698 votes Bush did because Tester is stronger all across Montana, than Kerry ever was.
