It's not time to move on, yet. There's plenty of time for that. Now is the time to celebrate, namely, to gloat at every freeper that lives.

There isn't much need to do anything, either. The voters just wanted Georgie to realize he does not have unlimited power and that they didn't want him to be dictator after all. They aren't scared of terra any more and want to get back to the constitutional republic as usual. Very good news. But Democratic idealists thinking they have a mandate will get nowhere. We do not have a mandate - the President is still a Repuke. We have a mandate to do nothing but put the brakes on his bid for untrammeled power, which is a beautiful thing.

The only mandate we have is to put to rest the idea that the People were willing to let the republic die and live in a dictatorship in the name of the supposed protection from terra it would offer. That is enough to celebrate.
