Novel concept that the law is supposed to apply to everyone, isn't it? And I say supposed to because I certainly do not doubt that wealthier people (regardless of race) have access to better lawyers, and that poor people (regardless of race) do actually get screwed by the system all the time.

If you've seen my admittedly limited posts on this subject, you'll see that I've not condemned either party, except for one little issue. I worked in DC and have no doubt whatsoever that this Capitol Cop *should* have known who she was, as they are supposed to know the Congresscritters and Senators by sight. And that is the only condemnation I have posted. Otherwise, I don't know enough facts to defend or condemn either party.
