Since arguably he was doing for reasons less serving the American Public than those breaking the NY Times story, it would seem that he should be executed by her view of justice if found to obstruct a similar crime. Given that Bush felt that any prison time would be too harsh, then Melanie should be reminded that for Bush to be consistent, then any prison time for the NY Times should also not involve any jail time, much less execution.
