should be reported to the ATF. A guy shows up with a stack of pistols or anything still in the box, it is kind of obvious to me.
That said, it is GANGS with guns, not someone who buys a pistol to defend themselves from GANGS or other predators. It also has nothing to do with target shooters or anyone else who do not profit from drugs and other gang rackets.
