Or is this just a good example of what it looks like when criminals have a badge?
It seems to me that if police departments hire thugs, it’s a good bet that their being operated by thugs.
This also serves as a reflection on elected officials. So I can imagine that if we kept climbing the ladder all the way to top,
we would find the rich and powerful thugs that are running and robbing the country.
